Abstract
The research aims to the definition of Information characteristics for getting the advantages according to the methodology for building the Arabic society for information. The research steadied the problems from which the society suffers, showing the role of information of each society, and putting down some points about the reality of the informatics in Iraq. As a result of this study it was shown that, I- The Information society of the Arab world suffers from the problem of the lack of knowledge in both reading and writing and in Informatics. II- The first problem constitutes about 40% and the second about 70%. III- The lack of expenditure on the technical affairs and the scientific R&D which constitute about 0.14% of the national income. IV- The absence of a comprehensive and complete national policy of Informatics. V- The absence, or nearly so, of Information systems on which decisions can be dependent on. The study has provided a number of Proposals, such as: I- The establishment of a nation corporation for informatics in each country to draw the information policy II- Encouraging the related sides to find the effective information knowledge which can be recognized by the Arabic person to build Information systems. III- The establishment of centers concerning in providing information and rehabilitation of the sub-structures of information in all country
