| The School is considered social institution grew and developed in every community to prepare individuals to achieve needed aims . The leadership in physical work is considered an important and basic element in the success of education and teaching . It also develops physical performance and with out it , it is impossible for any community to continue , because the leader works to organize its affairs and supervises on them to achieve the needed aims . Democratic Management for lesson is away of leader ship which takes care with the fulfillment of group need , Mutual respect and cooperation to Solve the problems which face the group . in addition to that participates with them through out encouragement , expression idea , cooperation and Motivation academic achievement because it is one of the important issues that the physical education lesson tried to achieve . | ||
