| Abstract | ||
| There are two main aims behind this study :The first is to assiqn the enoccgh materials for the trained teachers of the female training specializations،Thesecond is to evaluate the performance of them according to the institutes'meeds.The sample of this study is 61 students where they represent the whole number in the final stage in the institute. They are distributed to certain specializations included (83) trained teachers , (4) in educational fields , (6) for planning the lesson, (4) for motivation, (8) for achievement of the lesson ، (5) for using teaching media , (6) for managing the class and evaluation .These statements are dealt with statistically ; the assumed medium and correlation varied, and concluded ; The performance of the trained teachers in (achieving ،managing ،evaluating, planning and using teaching media) was acceptable while the performance of the trained teachers in (educational aims and motivation was weak). Finally،the study reached some instructions and suggestion. | ||
