| يهدف هذا البحث (أحكام سائل الحاجة في الشريعة الإسلامية) إلى بيان موقف الإسلام من التسول في ضوء نصوص القرآن والسنة, وقد اعتمد الباحث على التأصيل الشرعي للموضوع وبيان آراء الفقهاء في ذلك. وتضمن البحث أربعة مباحث حيث تضمن المبحث الأول بيان آيات السؤال ومعانيها, والمبحث الثاني الذل في المسألة والإلحاح فيها والأمور المحرمة التي تترتب من جرّاء المسألة, والمبحث الثالث تضمن الحكم الشرعي للمسألة متى تحرم ومتى تباح, والمبحث الرابع في بيان مقدار الغنى المحرم للسؤال وموقف الإسلام من العمل ... الخ كما مفصل في ثنايا البحث .This paper, entitled ((The Legal Opinion on beggary in the islamic law)), aims at showing the legal opinion on beggary in the light of the Quranic text and the Sunnah (the prophet's tradition) . The researcher relied on finding legal evidence for this subject and reviewing the opinions of the jurisprudents about that .The paper consists of four chapters ; the first on displays the ayahs related to beggary and their meanings . chapter two tackles the humiliation and insistence in practicing beggary and the legally prohibited issues that will result from that . Chapter three deals with the legal opinion on beggary; and when it is regarded legally prohibited or permissible ? Chapter four handles the matter of the amount of wealth that makes beggary legally prohibited and Islam's attitude towards work as it is detailed throughout the paper. | ||
