Abstract
Basic skills teaching stage is considered the most difficult for the students to learn .due to a lack of competition as well as the lack of some interesting elements that characterize the game; hand ball. Therefore, education must use a curriculum appropriate to increase learner's motivation to learn skills using the methods and appropriate means. The study aimed to develop a curriculum and to identify the impact on learning basic skills handball. The researcher used the experimental method and experimental design (design of the two equal groups) and included a sample search on (30 students) of the first phase of the Institute of Physical Education in Khanaqin, were divided into two groups of equal number and randomly, has been applied to the curriculum proposed for the experimental group for a period (8 weeks) and the rate of two teaching hospitals in the week and the duration of the module (90 m). A conclusion Has been reached that the curriculum proposed and the traditional approach affect the impact on learning basic skills; handball, but the curriculum proposed by the means and attitudes of various educational have had a positive impact and better than the traditional approach to acquire and learn the basic skills handball for students of institutes of physical education.
