Abstract
يعد الماء قوام الحياة ، وبذلك ركز هذا البحث على الاحتياجات المستقبلية للمياه وعلاقتها بأزمة المياه في الوطن العربي ، وقد يكون ذلك انعكاسا للتباين الاقليمي لهذا المورد وتوزيعه الجغرافي . ان الموارد المائية وإدارتها أصبحت من الأمور البالغة الأهمية ، وذلك نتيجة لتجنب الأزمات المستقبلية التي تنجم عن نقص الماء في سد الاحتياجات المتزايدة بسبب الاستثمار الزراعي والصناعي وزيادة عدد السكان وتعدد الاستخدامات لهذا المورد الحيوي . ان نصيب الفرد في الوطن العربي من المياه لا يتجاوز 500 م3 / سنة في نهاية القرن الماضي ، اما في العقد الأول من القرن الحادي والعشرون يصل نصيب الفرد 337 م3 / سنة ، وهذا سيتناقص في الفترة اللاحقة ، وقد تبين أن حجم الموارد المائية المتاحة في الوطن العربي ما يقارب 140 مليار م3 ، وستكون الحاجة للمياه في العقود الثلاثة القادمة ما يقارب 529 مليار م3 .كان في عام 2000م فائضا مائيا يقدر بـ + 2 مليار م3 ولكن في عام 2010م سيبلغ العجز – 62 مليار م3 ويصل هذا العجز الى - 280 مليار م3 عام 2030 م .وبذلك لابد من بذل الجهود ووضع الخطط المستقبلية اللازمة لحل مشكلة المياه في الفترة اللاحقة من خلال توفير البدائل بإقامة مشاريع لعملية تحلية مياه البحر وترشيد استهلاك المياه ومعالجة أزمة المياه ، كذلك من خلال معالجة التباين الاقليمي لهذا المورد ونقل المياه من اقليم الفائض المائي إلى اقليم العجز المائي . Water is considered a source of life . This research concentrates on the future need of water . It reflects the shortage of water in the Arab Homeland and that will be a reflection of the multi – sources and their geographical differences .Water source becomes one of the most important aspect so as to avoid the shortage of water .Water needs are increased because of the agriculture , industry and the increase of population . The person's share of water is 500 m3 year in the previous century , but in the twenty first century is 337 m3 year .This amount will decrease in the coming period .It is clear that the amount of water is about 140 billion m3 . The need for water in the coming three decades is 529 billion m3 .In 2000 , there was an over – need for water of about 2 billion m3 , but in 2030 . there will beashortage of about 280 billion m3 to 2030 .For that , we should be do the best and put the plans to solve the problem by the use of the substitutions and construct water project and belittle the use of water . We can also solve the problem by transferring water from one area to another .
