Abstract
هدف البحث التعرف الى اثر أسلوب التدريب على المهارات الاجتماعية في تنمية التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي لدى التلاميذ بطيئي التعلم ، تكونت عينة البحث من (12) تلميذا وتلميذة من التلاميذ بطيئي التعلم ، الذين سجلوا اقل الدرجات على مقياس التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي ( تقدير خارجي للمشكلات ) ، حيث اعتبرت درجاتهم اختبارا قبليا ، ثم وزعوا عشوائيا إلى مجموعتين: مجموعة تجريبية تلقى أفرادها التدريب على أسلوب التدريب على المهارات الاجتماعية من خلال ارشاد جمعي ولمدة احدى عشرة جلسة ارشادية ، ومجموعة ضابطة لم يتلقّ أفرادها أي تدريب، وبعد استخدام اختبار ولكوكسن للمجموعات المترابطة وأختبار مان _ وتني للمجموعات المستقلة في التحليل الإحصائي أظهرت نتائج البحث وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة وبدلالة احصائية بلغت (0,05) ولمصلحة المجموعة التجريبية بعد تلقي أفرادها التدريب على أسلوب التدريب على المهارات الاجتماعية ، وفي ضوء نتائج البحث وضعت مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات.The research aimed to know the impact 0f social skills training style on development social and psychological adjustment, for slow learners pupils . The sample consisted (12) pupils on slow learners pupils, those pupils registered the lowest grades in the social and psychological adjustment scale .Their scores on that a measurement were considered as apre-test .Then were divided into two groups. The experimental group was practiced the social skills training style through eight meetings of counseling. The control group did not practice any style. Using Wilcoxon test for dependent groups and Mann_ Whitney independent groups, the results show statistical differences between the experimental group and the control one at (0, 05) level and for the benefit of the experimental group. In the light of those results, a number of recommendations and suggestions were given.
