Abstract
تتلخص مشكلة البحث في عدم علمية المدربين والرياضيين في استخدام الراحة المناسبة من الجهد اللاهوائي اذا ما كانت ايجابية أم سلبية والشدة المستخدمة للراحة الايجابية.وهدفت الدراسة الى الكشف عن قيم النبض كمؤشر ميداني في فترة الاستشفاء لمدة 8 دقائق باستخدام نوعي الراحة السلبية والايجابية بشدتين تجريبيتين هما 20% و 30% ومقارنة هذه القيم مع بعضها.ولتحقيق هذه الاهداف اختار الباحث عينة عمدية من الطلاب الممارسين للرياضة من طلبة المرحلة الثانية / قسم التربية الرياضية وقوامها 7 طلاب. وعرض الباحث العينة الى اختبار لاهوائي بالعدو حتى التعب باستخدام جهاز الحزام المتحرك Trademile بسرعة 16 كم/ ساعة وبزاوية انحدار 12 درجة. وتم بعد هذا الاختبار قياس نبض لمدة ثمان دقائق في فترة الاستشفاء بمعدل قياس لكل دقيقة، ولثلاث مرات الاولى براحة سلبية ومرة ثانية براحة ايجابية بشدة 20% وثالثة براحة ايجابية بشدة 30%. واستنتج الباحث وجود فرق معنوي بمعدل Hr في فترة الاستشفاء او الاسترداد لمدة 8 دقائق بين الراحة السلبية والراحة الايجابية بشدة 20% وبين الراحة الايجابية بشدة 20% و30% ولصالح الايجابية بشدة 20%.The problem of the research is the ignorance of coaches and athletes to use the convenient rest from unairobic effort, either a rest recovery or relative rest recovery , and the intensity of the exercise recovery. The study aimed at discovering the values of the pulse rate as a field pointer during recovery period for 8 min., by using two kinds of recovery rest and exercise recovery with two experimental intensities 20% and 30%, and comparing these values with each other. To achieve these aims , the researcher chose a sample of 7 students from the second stage/ Physical Education Dep. The researcher exposed the sample to an unairobic test by running until being tired using the trademeal with a speed of 16 km.h and an incline of 12o . After the test , the pulse rate was measured for 8 mints in the recovery period for each min., and for three times, the first with a rest recovery, the second time with 20% of maximum intensity with recovery exercises, and third by 30% of maximum intensity with exercise recovery. The researcher concluded that there are differences in Hr recovery during the recovery period for 8 min., between the rest recovery and exercise recovery by 20% of intensity, and between exercise recovery 20%, 30% intensity.
