| "The extent of application of the supervisory skills of training supervisor in the field of physical education and sport" (From supervisor and student point of view) The study aimed to identify the extent of the application of supervisory skills for supervisors of physical education and sport from the supervisor and student point of view in the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports, Gaza ... Descriptive approach was used, and reached the sample (131) supervisor And student, (11) supervisor, (120) student, and the data collection tool for the researcher: Ali Abdul-Hamid (1996). The study found: The supervisor lead the competencies supervisory related to the guidance objectives and supervisor relationship with students on the content and methods of supervisor and the calendar from the point of view and from the perspective of the student, to varying degrees. . There is statistically significant differences attributed to the profession in the competencies related to the objectives and the relationship guidance with student for the benefit of supervisor. No statistically significant differences due to the variable profession in other related competencies (content, methods of supervisor, Calendar). | ||
