| Abstract The food industry is one of major trance industry sector in Iraq, it consider from important industry because it sharing in human food saving. The developing and growth of food industry sector related with developing and growth the agriculture sector because it major infinitive of primary commodity of food industry, and it related with important industry branches as paper , plastic and glasses poxes and transformation sector ,e.t.c.
