| Abstract The exchange rate has influence on the interest rate. In turn, the interest rate affects the IPO in the local debt securities. Thus, the fiscal policy linked with monetary policy, , through financing of the budget deficit through IPO in domestic public debt securities. Therefore, the relationships between the two policies are reflected on the net government borrowing from the banking system which in turn affects the domestic liquidity and the monetary base. The evaluation shows that there is a direct impact on the bond underwriting debt for each of the exchange rate in the parallel market and the average nominal interest rate through the first and second class tests. | ||
