Abstract
Abstract Are small projects of exceptional importance in most economies of the world, especially since the end of the last century, as figured many researchers and those interested in economic affairs, for its prominent role in providing job opportunities to meet population increases and absorb unemployment and absorbed in various economic activities, especially agricultural activities. ـــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــ (*) رئيس ابحاث أقدم / وزارة الزراعة – مديرية زراعة بغداد . They also constitute a large proportion of the total labor institutions in most countries of the world, and therefore great contribution in the GDP of these countries, and is expected to be small projects a significant role in achieving economic growth in the future. Search includes a realistic vision for nature and essence of small projects, characteristics and ingredients and possibilities for set up and activate primarily them in agricultural activity in Iraq, and the role of financial funding (loans) to support small-scale agriculture to promote its role in providing employment opportunities and address the problem of mass unemployment in the Iraqi economy, and provide hard currency support for the national economy.
