Abstract
استهدف البحث الحالي معرفة أثر برنامج إرشادي في تنمية الثقة بالنفس لدى طلاب معهد أعداد المعلمين / نينوى من خلال التحقق من صحة الفرضيتين الآتيتين :1. لا فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات المجموعة التجريبية على مقياس الثقة بالنفس قبل تطبيق البرنامج الإرشادي وبعده .2. لا فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة على مقياس الثقة بالنفس بعد تطبيق البرنامج الإرشادي.وللتحقق من هاتين الفرضيتين فإن الباحثين اختارا طلاب الصف الثاني في معهد أعداد المعلمين / نينوى للعام الدراسي 2004/2005‏ وقد بلغ العدد الإجمالي لمجتمع البحث (62) طالباً. أما عينة الدراسة فقد بلغت (20) طالباً قسمت إلى قسمين فكانت (10) طلاب للمجموعة التجريبية ومثلها للمجموعة الضابطة, وكوفئت المجموعتان من عدد من المتغيرات و استخدم الباحثان مقياس الثقة بالنفس الذي أعده البد راني في رسالته (بناء مقياس الثقة بالنفس لدى طلاب المرحلة المتوسطة 1986) ، ولما كان المقياس قد أعد عام 1986 على طلاب المرحلة المتوسطة والبحث الحالي على طلاب معهد أعداد المعلمين للعام الدراسي 2004/2005م فقد أوجد الباحثان صدق المقياس وذلك بعرض فقراته على لجنة من الخبراء في ميدان التربية وعلم النفس للتأكد من سلامة اعتماده على طلاب المعهد , وبذلك تالف المقياس من (66) فقرة , منها (33) فقرة موجبة و(33) فقرة سالبة وقد تراوح المدى النظري من درجة (صفر-66). اعتمد الباحثان على طريقة التجزئة النصفية باستخدام معادلة سبيرمان براون التصحيحية وكانت قيمة معاملة الارتباط ( معامل الثبات) قبل التصحيح =58, 0 وبعد التصحيح أصبحت 73, 0 وفي ضوء هدف البحث اعد الباحثان "برنامجا إرشادياً يعتمد أسلوب الإرشاد المباشر، وقد استغرقت مدة تنفيذ البرنامج (6) جلسات إرشادية. استخدم الباحثان اختبار مان-وتني واختبار ولكوكسن في تحليل البيانات وأظهرت النتائج ما يأتي :1. يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات المجموعة التجريبية على مقياس الثقة بالنفس قبل تطبيق البرنامج الإرشادي وبعده. 2. يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة على مقياس الثقة بالنفس بعد تطبيق البرنامج الإرشادي. The effect of guidance program on developing self-confidence of Ninava Teacher training Institutes students. The research aims to know the effect of guidance program on self-confidence of Ninava Teacher training Institutes students By investigating of the two following hypotheses: A-There is no statistical difference between the means (which are two) of experimental group scores on self-confidence measurement before guidance program application and after it . B-There is no statistical difference between the means of scores experimental group and controlling group of self confidence measurement after guidance program application and in order to investigate of these two hypotheses, both researchers chose the second class students in Ninava Teacher treaning institute-2004-2005. All the research students were (62). where as the study sample was (20) students ,and they divided into two parts. (10) Students for experimental group and (10) for regulating group. The two groups were equivelated for some difference. The researchers used self-confidence measurement which was intended by Al-Badrani in his thesis (self-confidence measurement for intermediate school students) in 1986. As the measurement was prepaid in 1986 for intermediate school students, and the present research of for Teacher training institute students 2004-2005, the researchers found that the measurement is quite correct as they displayed its paragraphs to experts committee of education and psychology to be sure that is quite sound for institute students. The measurement of (66) paragraphs, (33) of them were positive and (33) were negative, and the theory degree were between (0-66). The researchers depended on clasificational partition method by using sperman Brown corrective equilibrium. The Reliability dealer value before correction was 0.58 and after correction became 0.73. On the light of this research, the researchers intended guidance program depending on the direct guidance, which had taken (6) guidance settings. The researchers used mann-witnny test and Wilcokson test for analysis data. The results were as following:1. There is a difference with statistics indication between experimental group of mean scores in self-confidence measurement before guidance program application and after it.2. There is difference with statistics indication between experimental group of mean scors in self-confidence measurement and controlling group after guidance program application.
