| Abstract | ||
| Elliptic curve or a curve of genus one can be regarded as a non-singular plane cubic curve. Plane cubics may be classified up to isomorphism or projective equivalence. In this paper, the projectively inequivalent elliptic curves over the finite field of order 11 and 13 are given and determined if they are complete or incomplete. Also, the maximum size of a complete elliptic curve that can be constructed from each incomplete ones are given. | ||
