Abstract
يعد موضوع التربية الخاصة من الموضوعات الحديثه التي تنال الاهتمام المشترك من قبل المسؤولين و الباحثين و التربويين و بشكل علمي خاصة وان مظلة التربية الخاصة تشمل عددا من فئات الاطفال غير الاعتياديين مثل الموهوبين وبطيئ التعلم وذوي الاضطرابات اللغوية الانفعالية المعاقين عقليا وبصريا وسمعيا وحركيا حيث تشكل هذه الفئات نسبة لا يستهان بها في أي مجتمع حيث تتراوح نسبتهم ما بين 3-10% .تم اعداد استبيان خاص بالبحث بلغ عدد فقرات الاستبيان 24 فقرة ، استخرج الصدق الظاهري للاستبيان بعرضه على لجنة محكمين مختصين في علم النفس ، اما ثبات الاستبيان فاستخرج بطريقة إعادة الاختبار وبلغ (0.84) اما عينة البحث فبلغ عددها 50 طفل معاق سمعيا في معهد الامل للصم والبكم في مدينة الموصل ، وتم تطبيق الاستبيان من خلال المعلمات داخل المعهد حيث ان كل معلمة مسئولة عن صف دراسي من المعاقين سمعيا و للعام الدراسي 2005-2006 م .واهم الوسائل الاحصائية التي استخدمت في البحث فهي : معامل ارتباط بيرسون لاستخراج معامل ثبات الاداة ، درجة الحدة والوزن المئوي لقياس مدى قوة الفقرات وحدتها ، واختبار مربع كاي لايجاد الفروق ذات الدلالة الاحصائية في المشكلات السلوكية بين ذكور واناث المعاقين سمعيا.ومن اهم نتائج البحث في الهدف الاول ظهرت مشكلات سلوكية حادة عديدة منها الحركة الزائدة وعدم الاستقرار، عدم الالتزام بتوجيهات المعلمة ، محاولة الغش في الاجابة، اثارة الضجيج داخل الصف، وتقع هذه المشكلات في مجال المحافظة على النظام والانضباط الصفي اما ابرز المشكلات السلوكية الحادة التي ظهرت في مجال الغيرة والغضب فهي: يغار من تفوق الاخرين عليه، التشاجر مع زملائه، الاثارة والغضب السريع، الانانية في سلوكه.اما فيما يخص الهدف الثاني فلم تظهر نتائج التحليل الاحصائي فروق ذات دلاله احصائية في المشكلات السلوكية بين ذكور واناث الاطفال المعاقين سمعيا . وخلص البحث الى عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات اهمها :1. الاهتمام بالاطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بتوفير عدد كاف من المعاهد أو المدارس الخاصة التي تراعي كافة الفئات الخاصة سواءا المعاقين سمعيا أو بصريا أو حركيا … الخ. 2. ضرورة توفير اخصائي نفسي في المعاهد أو المدارس الخاصة لمعالجة المشكلات المختلفة ومنها السلوكية بشكل خاص لما لها من تأثير كبير في التكيف النفسي والاجتماعي للاطفال المعاقين. واقترح البحث اجراء دراسة مقارنة في المشكلات السلوكية بين فئات الاطفال المعاقين المختلفة .Special Education is one of the modern subjects receiving interest from oHicials researchers and educators specially the term special science infolds various Categorles of unusual children talented slow learners linguistic and emotional dis tur bances visually auditory physically emotio nally and mentally retarded These categorles inturn constitutea notable ratio of any soclety reachiny 3-10y The current research deals with animportant category of special education ie auditory retarded children and thir behavioural .problems mony studies and literatures documented the eHects of such problenis on personal and social features of auditory re tar ded children This research aims at revealing the beharioural problems of auditory etarded childre and the ehect of sex variables (males females) on these problems To achieve the aim of the research asurvey dealing with behavioural problems in threeaspects1. Problems of keepiny order and discipline 2. Problems of playing with some body parts 3. Problems of jealous and arger Items reached (24) The External validity was verified bya speciali Zed refence committee of psycho loyy Stability on the other hand extractedusing posttest stateyy reachiny (0-84 ) the sarple 50 deaf rhildren of AL-amal deafand mute ins titute in Ninevah city the survey was applied by teachers of the institute each teacher is responsible on an one academic stage in the ) nstitute for the year 2005-2006 the statistical means used were ; Pearson conjunction coefficient to find the stability degree of difficulty and perceatage to assess the difficulty of items k squire to find significant differencsin behavioural problem for males and femules Regardiing the first aspect the results showed many sharp beharioural problems like hyperactivity unstability disobey teachers instruction cheating making noisein classroom .The sharp behaioural problems regarding anger and jealousy were jealous of distinguished academical students fight with his colleagues irritation quick temper selfishness.As for the second object no statistically significant differences were found regarding male and female auditory retarded pupils.
