Abstract
Abstract The responses of some non-enzymatic antioxidants to interval and continuous aerobic efforts for soccer players have been studied in (9) soccer players from physical education college - University of Mosul, their mean Ages, Weights, and Heights (20) SD±(5.27) , (68.6) SD±(1.21), (174) SD±(2.16) respectively. The procedures of the research included measure non-enzymatic antioxidants (Albumin andCeruloplasmin(Cp) in the rest before interval and continuous aerobic efforts and at once after efforts. The research samples were subjected to interval and continuous efforts tests. The interval effort limited by run on treadmill for ((30) min for two sets the time of one set (15) min, both set content three repetitions, the time of one repetition was (5) min and recovery period for (2.30) min (Active rest) between repetitions and (5) min between sets , while the continuous effort includes continuous run on treadmill for (30) min. The intensity of both efforts were (50%-60%) from the maximum heart rate. In addition, the intensity range was between (130 - 150) bpm. All tests were performed in ambient temperature between (22 – 24°). The study concluded that both interval and continuous efforts did not cause significant change in Albumin andCeruloplasmin(Cp) for soccer players.
