| - البناء ألعاملي لمقياس التخطيط الإداري في الاتحادات الرياضية في نينوى.تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، واشتملت العينة على (78) عضوا إداريا تعود إلى (26) اتحادا رياضيا في نينوى، وتم تحليل البيانات إحصائيا باستخدام الاختبار التائي ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون والتحليل ألعاملي. واستنتج الباحثون ما يأتي :1. استخلاص عاملين تشبعت عليهم (41) فقرة مثلت مقياس التخطيط الإداري.2. العامل الأول تشبع عليه (31) فقرة أطلق عليه تسمية (أنشطة التخطيط الإداري).3. العامل الثاني تشبع عليه (10) فقرات أطلق عليه تسمية (البيئة الداخلية والخارجية). The research aims at:- Factorial constructing for scale of Managerial Planning in Sport Unions in Ninavah.The descriptive approach was used. The sample included (78) administrative members belong to (26) sport unions in Ninavah. The data were analyzed statistically by using; T-test, Pearson correlation coefficient and factor analysis.The researchers concluded the following:1. Tow factors had extracted which (41) phrases were saturated upon it, which represented the scale of managerial planning.2. The first factor, which (31) phrases were saturated upon it, was called (managerial planning).3. The second factor, which (10) phrases were saturated upon it, was called (internal and external environment). | ||
