Abstract
يستهدف البحث الحالي قياس سمة الصبر لدى الشباب من طلبة كليات التربية وتحديد علاقتها بالأسلوب المعرفي الاندفاعي – التأملي , ولتحقيق ذلك تم تطبيق مقياسين على (414) طالبأ وطالبة في كليتي التربية والتربية الأساسية في جامعة دهوك للعام 2004 - 2005 هما مقياس سمة الصبر ومقياس الأسلوب المعرفي الاندفاعي - التأملي . وبعد تصحيح إجاباتهم وتحليل البيانات ومعالجتها احصائيأ أظهرت النتائج عن وجود سمة الصبر لدى الطلبة بمتوسط حسابي أعلى من المتوسط النظري للمقياس مع وجود علاقة عكسية بين درجات سمة الصبر والأسلوب المعرفي الاندفاعي ووجود علاقة طردية بينهما ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات سمة الصبر والأسلوب المعرفي الاندفاعي والتأملي تبعا لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الإناث , وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بينهما تبعا لمتغيري التخصص العلمي والمرحلة الدراسية . وفي ضوء ذلك تم الخروج بعدد من التوصيات والمقترحات التي تؤكد على ضرورة تنمية سمة الصبر لدى الشباب لتقليل أسلوبهم المعرفي الاندفاعي مقابل زيادة الأسلوب المعرفي التأملي لديهم والذي يحقق لهم النجاح والتعامل السليم مع المفردات والمواقف الدراسية والحياتية بشكل أفضل . This paper aims at measuring this patience trait in the youths who are colleges of Education students. To achieve this goal, two measuring have been applied to (414) students (males females) in colleges of Education of basic Education. Duhok university 2004 – 2005. After correcting and analyzing their answers and manipulating data statistically, the results have shown that the trait of patience in students with mathematical are rage is higher than the theoretical are rage of the measuring with the presence of backward relation between the degrees of the trait of patience and the cognitive, impulsive reflective style on one hard, and with the presence of forward relation with the degrees of the trait of patience, cognitive , reflective style on the other hand .The results also have shown that there are differences which have statistic significance between the degrees of patience trait, the cognitive. impulsive and reflective style according to the variable of six and on behalf of the females. The results have shown that there are no difference of any statistic significance between the degrees of patience trait and cognitive, impulsive and reflective style according to the variable of specialization and education stage.Many recommendations and suggestion have been reached. All of them emphasize the importance of developing patience trait in youths which could be abase of decreasing the cognitive reflective style, which finally lead them of success and the proper behavior in their future careers.
