| The aim of this research to plicate the mange of general quality and its principles at Information of computer Services in the Central library of Mustancerya University to the degree of users interest at information services when compared it with ISO system 9004-9000 The system of study phase to study the real good at the mean phase and design of sample work Forma of the unit information limited by database practical designed ( Books and Thesis ) as well as online services for the user during one month. Finally depended to analysis the design of forma in unit information to now how much in to compliance the ISO characters standardization 9004-9000 to improve the mange of general quality for services by using the statistical styles (main and standard elevation ) | ||
