Abstract
This study aimed to distinguish the importance level of educational research for specialist & educational supervisors in Kerbala province , also their application level in educational research , what are the problems that reduce their work in this field Experiental group includ (30)educational supervisor and specialist supervisor , (10)specialist supervisors and (20) educational supervisors they are represent 50% of original group that were taken from (60) educational specialist supervisors (20) specialists , (40) educational supervisors. The reseacher used questionaire as research istrument and personal interviews , after using acceptance & procedures on research instrument include (36) items distributed distributed on three fields: Importance field , Educational research exercises and obstruct field , eah include (12) Items. After dealing with data statistically usig berson link for improving and equalizing it with likely medium the study concluded the following: 1- The importance field: They describe it as a good , the likely medium (2,52) and percentage weight of (84,2). The Items field : (THE EDUCATION RESEARCH PARICPATES IN EVELOPING EDUCATION PROCESS). 2-EXERCISE field: Eucational and specialist supervisors exercises were as a good , this field get likely meoium grade (2,23) and percentage weight of (74,2) , although this percentage was as a good but it is not high. The Item (having knowledge of educational research chapters in according to my specialization) it get higher grade of likely medium 33% , percentage weight (77,7) , the Item (supplying my lactures with conclusions) it has lower grade of likely medium (2,2) and percentage weight (74,8). 3-Obstractfied: Generally this field have likely medium grade (2,83) and percentage weight (84,4) The Item (REGARDLESS ALMOST EDUCATIONAL & SPECIALISTS SUPEVISORS WITH SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH) it get likely medium grade (2,83) , percentage weight (72,2). The researcher recommeded to establishing special research unite for developing research work , benefiting from scientific experiments in Kerbala university and solving obstacles and problems that faced by researchers which reduce their work in scientific research field.
