Abstract
ان تقدم أي مجتمع او تخلفه بات معتمداً على نوعيه ونمط الادارة التي تطبق في هذا المجتمع . لذلك فالادارة الفعالة هي مفتاح نجاح وتطور المنظمة .وتلعب الادارة دوراً هاماً ورئيسياً في جميع المجالات ومنها مجال التربية الرياضية .وهدف هذا البحث الى التعرف على السلوك القيادي ببعديه العمل والعلاقات الانسانية والسمات الشخصية لمدربي الالعاب الرياضية . والعلاقة بين السلوك القيادي والسمات الشخصية للمدربين .واشتملت عينة البحث على لاعبو منتخبات كليات جامعة الموصل المشاركون ببطولة الرياضة الجامعية في جامعة الموصل للفترة من 10/1/2010 ولغاية 1/5/2010 واستخدام الباحث المنهج الوصفي لملائمته لطبيعة الدراسة وشمل مجتمع البحث 140 لاعب من كليات جامعة الموصل المشاركون في المسابقات الرياضية للعام الدراسي 209/2010 .واستخدم الباحث اداتان الاولى استبيان السلوك القيادي للمدربين للدكتور راشد حمدون والدكتور ضياء الطالب ، 2000 م والثانية لقياس السمات الشخصية للمدرب الرياضي للدكتور محمد حسن علاوي ، 1998.وبعد تطبيق الاسس الاعلمية للبحث تم توزيع المقياسين على 93 لاعباً يمثلون عينة البحث وبعد الحصول على النتائج استنتج الباحث ..1- يرتبط متغير السلوك القيادي ببعده العمل والعلاقات الانسانية ارتباطاًً كبيراً 2- يرتبط متغير السلوك القيادي مع متغير السمات الشخصية ارتباطاً قوياً ايضاً .واوصى الباحثان:1- العمل على دعم السلوك القيادي من خلال فتح دورات للاهتمام بالعمل والعلاقات الانسانية للمدربين .2- العمل على تطوير السمات الشخصية من خلال فتح دورات واقامة ندوات لتفعيل الجانب النفسي للوصول الى افضل المستويات الرياضية . The kind and pattern of any management applied in a certain society is the determining factor of its development or setback: Thus, efficient management is the key to success and development of the organization and physical education must be considered no exception.The current research aims to know the leading pattern in its practical and human perspectives as well as personal charactersitics of coaches and the relation between this leading behavior and charactersitics of couches. The sample was the players of university athletic unit in Nineveh governorate and all the fields and centers at Mosul University from 10-1-2010 until 1-5-2010.The researchers used the descriptive approach because of to its appropriateness,the society of the research was 460 players from Mosul University colleges participating in athletic competitions for the year 2010.The researchers used two tools. The first was Leading Behavior survey of coaches made by Dr.Rashid Hamdoon and Dr. Dhiyae Al-Talib (2000), and the second was the character measurement for athletic trainer by Dr.Mohammed Hasam Alawi 1998.After applying the scientific bases of the research, the two measuring tools were given to.93 players representing the sample.The researcher concluded the following:1. Leading Behavior variable is strongly joined with practical and human relation.2. Leading Behavior variable is strongly joined with character.The researcher recommended to :1. support Leading Behavior through courses to improve practical as well as human relations of trainers.2. Fortify character through courses and symposiums to activate psychological side to reach the best athletic levels.
