| Praise be to the right of praise, prayer and peace is no prophet after him, Muhammad, peace be upon him and his family and his friends and him. After: Have included Arabic dialects of modern a lot of phenomena voice that represents part of the picture Arabic dialects old that were prevalent in the Arabian Peninsula, and the most prominent of these phenomena phenomenon insults, they are features that characterize the dialects of local, which requires study and stand on them, and the importance of this phenomenon in the vernacular Iraqi tried in this research is marked by (b insults at people DHULUIYA) disclose positions that resort where the owners of this dialect to mitigation, and required it to be a research methodology based on two sections, the title first topic: (insults) and ensure this section مطلبين: dedicated the first to talk about Hamza sound when the ancient and modern linguists and we dealt with the requirement II phenomenon of insults between the investigation and mitigation. The second topic was entitled: relieve Hamza phenomenon in modern dialects / tone DHULUIYA model.
