| Abstract | ||
| In this paper, reliability sampling plans for truncated life test are developed when the life times of test items follow generalized Rayleigh distribution with two parameters . The proposed sampling plan can save the test time in practical situations. The parameters of are estimated by three methods, which are (MLE, L-Moments, Modified MLE) through simulation programs, and then an algorithm is provided to establish the sampling plans that satisfy the consumer’s and producer’s risk. | ||
