| هدف البحث التعرف إلى مصادر الضغوط النفسية لدى معلمي ومعلمات التربية الخاصة في العراق . ومعرفة فيما إذا كان هنالك فروق في ذلك وفقا لمتغير المحافظة والعمر والجنس والحالة الاجتماعية والتحصيل الدراسي وعدد سنوات الخدمة بشكل عام وعدد سنوات الخبرة في الصفوف الخاصة . تألفت العينة من (371) معلماً ومعلمة يتوزعون على ست مديريات عامة للتربية ، واعتمد البحث على استبانه أعدها الباحثان تألفت في صيغتها النهائية من (65) فقرة موزعة على خمسة مجالات هي : "البيئة المدرسية ، الجانب الشخصي ، السياسات الإدارية ، الدور الوظيفي ، العلاقة مع الآخرين " ، وتتم الإجابة عنها على وفق سلم تقديري مؤلف من خمسة بدائل . وبعد معالجة البيانات إحصائيا باستخدام الاختبار التائي وتحليل التباين ، أظهرت النتائج أن هناك ثمانية مصادر للضغوط النفسية لدى معلمي ومعلمات صفوف التربية الخاصة ، وهي البيئة الصفية وخصائص التلاميذ والعلاقة مع أولياء الأمور والمنهج الدراسي وخصائص المدرسة و صراع الدور وغموض الدور وأخيراً عبء الدور . وتبين وجود فروق دالة إحصائية في بعض المصادر تبعاًُ للمتغيرات التي تناولها البحث . وفي ضوء النتائج قدم الباحثان عدداً من التوصيات والمقترحات لمعالجة مصادر الضغوط النفسية لضمان نجاح معلمي ومعلمات صفوف التربية الخاصة في دورهم التربوي.The research aims to reveal stress sources of special education teachers in Iraq , and to know whether there are differences according to the variables of governorate , age , sex , social status , academic achievement , years of service in general , and years of experience in special education classes . The sample consisted of (371) teachers distributed on six general educational offices.. The researchers used aquestionnaire consisting of (65) items divided on (5) aspects of : Class environment , personal aspect , managing policies , occupational role , and relations with others . The alternatives of the questionnaire were (very much , to a big extent , not very much , a little , at all) . The validity and reliability of the questionnaire was verified. The data were statistically analysed using t-test and variance analysis . The results showed that there are (8) sources of stress for special education teachers: classroom environment, students' characteristics, the relation with parents, studying curriculum ,school characteristics, role conflict , ambiguity of the role, and finally the load of the role . There were statistical significant differences in some sources according to the study variables .Given the above mentioned results , the researcher presented a number of recommendations and suggestions to treat the sources of stress for teachers of special education to assure their success in fulfilling their educational role . | ||
