Abstract
هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن نسبة انتشار ظاهرة عمل طلاب المرحلة الإعدادية في مدارس مدينة الموصل بعد الدوام المدرسي. والتعرف على الأسباب التي تدعو الطلاب إلى ممارسة العمل، وقياس الاتجاهات المستقبلية لديهم، فضلا عن التعرف إلى العلاقة بين عمل طلاب المرحلة الإعدادية بعد الدوام المدرسي باتجاهاتهم المستقبلية. شمل البحث عينة مكونة من (299) طالبا من الصفين الرابع والخامس الإعداديين، سحبوا بالطريقة العشوائية. استخدم الباحث مقياس (رحمه 2002) للاتجاهات المستقبلية بعد إجراء تعديلات شاملة عليه لتتناسب وخصائص العينة، وصمم الباحث استمارة تتضمن معلومات عن موضوع العمل لأفراد عينة البحث. استخدم الباحث الاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة ومعامل ارتباط (بوينت بايسيريل) والنسب المئوية للتوصل إلى النتائج التي أظهرت أن نسبة (21.45%) من أفراد عينة البحث يمارسون العمل بعد خروجهم من المدرسة أو في العطل وأن السببين الرئيسين وراء عمل الطلبة هما مساعدة الأسرة وإجبار الأهل، كما أظهرت النتائج أن الاتجاهات المستقبلية لأفراد عينة البحث كانت أدنى من المتوسط النظري للمقياس، وأشارت إلى وجود علاقة إرتباطية موجبة بين عمل الطلبة بعد الدوام واتجاهاتهم المستقبلية متغيري البحث. وفي ضوء النتائج قدم الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات.The research aimed at detect the prevalence of the phenomenon of middle school students work in schools in Mosul after school. And to identify the reasons for students to action, and measuring future trends have, as well as identifying the relationship between the work of middle school students after school tendencies for the future. Research involved a sample of (299) students from grades fourth and fifth secondary grades, pulled random manner. Researcher used (Rahma 2002) scale identify future directions of members of the research sample after overhauling it to suit the characteristics of the sample, the researcher designed a form with information on the subject of the work of members of the research sample. T-test of one sample, biserial correlation, and simple correlation, has been used for the coefficient for the results which showed that the percentage (21.45%) of the sample engaged in research work after leaving school or in the holidays and that the main reasons behind the work of the students are helping the family and forcing the parents, The results showed that the future trends for members of the research sample was lower than the theoretical average of the measure, and pointed to the existence of a positive correlation between the work of students after-school and attitudes variables of future research. In the light of the findings, the researcher presented a set of recommendations and proposals.
