Abstract
Introduction : the city of kabala is important in the eye of the Islamic world with have direct soul to the Imam AL- Hussein , son of imam Ali (p. b. u. h. ) . this image linked with the land , history and barb leant . All that inter pouted with the evolution against suffering . fervency and depression . these phenomena are visualized through the nation and international sensation stimuli or view as a solid stat . of the Islamic believer of the tomb of Imam Hussein who low the freedom and seeking the golden words thrown by Imam ( I will not give a slavery hand shake ) . Therefore the research will be divided into sections , the first section deals with Imam Hussein holy shrine age 1908-1922 and the option of the political movements refined by kerrbala citizen during Osmani ,British domain and revolutionary era l9l4 and the role of kerbala over the Iraqi revolution l920. the second chapter deal with the core political development during l922-l933 and the evasions come across the western border of iraq by the Arabia sacs , therefore the kerbalaies citizen defense them selves and held meeting in the shrine of the imam in order to reach certain treaties in l930 '. Also the research ascertain some topics concerning blockade against the shiaa that describes as their hostilities to ward the nation (reference book Al uruba in the mezan) . The final section deals with recommendation and the references studies into the magazines periodicals concerning the imam al husan history and the Moslems , sheaa in particular
