| تضمن البحث دراسة تاثير مادة عديد السكرايد polysaccharides المفرز خارج خلايا البكتريا Pseudomonas aureginosa على تثبيط نمو امامية السوط لطفيلي اللشمانيا الجلدية Leishmania major خارج جسم الكائن الحي in vitro.اظهرت النتائج ان لمستخلص عديد السكرايد وبمختلف تراكيزه تاثير مثبط على نمو امامية السوط , اذ اظهر التركيز 50 مياكرو غرام/سم 3 نسبة تثبيط 36.3 بينما كانت في تراكيز 250 مياكرو غرام/سم 3 نسبة التثبيط 81 عند الساعة 96 بعد التعريض.كما بينت الدراسة ان لمستخلص عديد السكرايد تاثير على عدد وزمن الجيل فقد ادت كافة التراكيز الى خفض عدد الجيل وزيادة في زمن الجيل مع فترات التعريض .This study include the effect of polysaccharides extracted from Pseudomonas aureginosa on the growth of leishmania major Promastigote in vitro .The results showed that the various concentration of polysaccharides has an inhibition effect on the growth of promastigote , the concentration of 50 mg/cm3 showed a 36.3 inhibition ratio while it is 81 at concentration of 250 mg/cm3 after 96 hour of exposing .Moreover the study showed that the extraction of polysaccharide effects on the number of generation and generation time , so that high concentration decreases the generation number and increase the generation time with the exposure time. | ||
