Abstract
هدف البحث إلى التعرف على تحديد السمات الشخصية التي تميز اللاعبين في كل مركز من مراكز اللعبة المختلفة والفرق بين هذه السمات وللتحقق من ذلك افترض الباحث انه لا توجد فروق معنوية في السمات الشخصية لدى لاعبي كرة اليد تبعاً لمراكز اللعب المختلفة تكونت عينة البحث من (96) لاعباً من المشاركين في تصفيات المنطقة الشمالية للموسم الرياضي 2006-2007 وبواقع 12 لاعباً لكل نادٍ استخدم الباحث قائمة فرايبورج للشخصية والمتكون من (56) عبارة تقيس (8) أبعاد للسمات الشخصية في الألعاب الجماعية كأداة للبحث، تمت معالجة البيانات إحصائيا باستخدام (الوسط الحسابي ، تحليل التباين ، و L.S.D) واستنتج الباحث ما يأتي:- برزت سمة (الهدوء والاجتماعية) كأفضل سمات لدى لاعبي كرة اليد حسب مراكز اللعب المختلفة.- إخفاق وتدنٍ في سمات (القابلية للاستثارة والعدوانية) على الرغم من كونها أكثر استخداماً من قبل اللاعبين داخل الملعب.The study aims at identifying the individual characteristics which distinguish players in different positions. To achieve this aim , it has been assumed that there are no significant differences in the individual characteristics in these players according to their different positions. The corpus consists of 96 players participating in the northern region qualifications (2006 – 2007), 12 players for each club. Frybourg list which includes 56 items that measures eight dimensions of individual characteristics in team games has been used . The data have been statistically analysed by using the mean differences analysis and L.S.D. It has been concluded that:1- Quietness and sociability are the best characteristics in these players according to their positions.2- Liability to aggressiveness and evocation are the lowest characteristics as they are mostly used by players in general.
