Abstract
Abstract
Purpose: To determine the effect of service discovery systems in customer behavioral intentions in the light of the theory of justice.
Approach / methodology: was selected a sample of customers company (Earthlink) for Internet(375) individual, using a questionnaire designed in the light of previous studies, was drafted scale and tested in the light of a group of statistical methods advanced (. Then test hypotheses through structural equation modeling.
Results: The presence of a significant effect of the dimensions of Justice on behavioral intentions, it became clear that perceived distributive justice was the most important influence on behavioral intentions to the customer, there is an interactive effect to the company's image in the strengthening of the relationship between the dimensions of justice and behavioral intentions of the customer.
Originality / value: The value of current research in theoretical frameworks through systems of justice recovery, and an emphasis on behavioral intentions to the customer, and himself search by selecting the interactive impact to the company's image on the relationship between the dimensions of justice and behavioral intentions of the customer.
