| Oil was discovered for the first time in a mosque Sulaiman in 1908, not in Iran, but in the Middle East, and therefore formed oil company Anglo - Iranian on the fourteenth of April 1909 with a capital of one million pounds, while started actual production of oil inlarge quantities in 1914 in World War, and this encouraged the British government to conclude a contract with the company in 1914 acquired under which 51% of the shares. The nationalization of Iranian oil in the fifteenth of March 1951was the biggest blow to British control throughout the twentieth century, it was the company thatgovernment of Mohammad Mossadegh closely linked to the government AlbarBtanih, and was a (state within a state) so enumerated Britain's decision to nationalization if succeeded in Iran, it will lead to nationalization in neighboring countries of Iran, and lead it to the loss of a British privileges in the Middle East | ||
