Abstract
تكمن اهمية البحث الحالي في بناء مقياس جديد يعمل على قياس اتجاهات ادارات المدارس الابتدائية نحو درس التربية الرياضية. حيث ان مشكلة البحث تظهر من خلال عدم وجود مقياس يكشف عن اتجاهات المسؤولين عن الادارات المدرسية نحو درس التربية الرياضية. ويهدف البحث الى بناء مقياس لاتجاهات الادارة المدرسية (للمدارس الابتدائية في مركز محافظة نينوى) نحو درس التربية الرياضية.وقد اشتملت عينة البحث على عينة البناء للمقياس تضمنت (88) مدير مدرسة ابتدائية في مركز محافظة نينوى من اصل (160) مدير مدرسة حيث تمثل العينة نسبة (55%) من المجتمع الكلي للبحث.ومن خلال المعالجات الاحصائية للبيانات استنتج الباحثان ما يلي:- بناء مقياس لاتجاهات ادارات المدارس الابتدائية نحو درس التربية الرياضية وبثلاث ابعاد وهي:- البعد الاول: الاتجاه نحو درس التربية الرياضية.- البعد الثاني: الاتجاه نحو اهداف درس التربية الرياضية.- البعد الثالث: الاتجاه نحو مدرس مادة التربية الرياضية.- حيث اشتمل المقياس على (50) مفردة منها (22) مفردة ايجابية و(28) مفردة سلبية. واوصى الباحثان باستخدام المقياس المعد في هذه الدراسة في التعرف على اتجاهات ادارات المدارس الابتدائية نحو درس التربية الرياضية. The importance of the current research lies in building a new scale to measure the trends of administrations of primary schools towards the lesson of physical education. The problem is the lack of a scale dealing with the trends of school administrations towards the lesson of physical education. The aims are to build a scale of the trends of school administrations (primary schools in Nineveh governorate centre) towards the physical education lesson.The sample consisted of (88) primary school headmasters the centre of Nineveh governorate out of (160) headmaster, representing (55%) of the total society of the research.Dealing statistically with the date, the researchers concluded the following: - building a scale of trends of primary schools headmasters towards the lesson of physical education in three domains:- first domain: trend towards physical education lesson.- second domain: trend towards the aims to physical education lesson.- third domain: trend towards the teacher of physical education.The consisted of (50) items falling in to (22) positive and (28) negative items. The two researchers recommend to adopt the scale made in this study to know the trends of primary schools administrations towards the lesson of physical education.
