Abstract
هدف البحث الى :- اعداد مقياس الرضا عن العمل لاعضاء الهيئات التدريسية في كلية واقسام التربية الرياضية في جامعة الموصل .- التعرف إلى مستوى الرضا عن العمل لدى اعضاء الهيئات التدريسية في كلية واقسام التربية الرياضية في جامعة الموصل .- وضع درجات معيارية لاعضاء الهيئات التدريسية في كلية واقسام التربية الرياضية في جامعة الموصل بمقياس الرضا عن العمل .استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي بالاسلوب المسحي ، وتكون مجتمع البحث من اعضاء الهيئات التدريسية في كلية واقسام التربية الرياضية في جامعة الموصل ، والبالغ عددهم على التوالي (109) تدريسيين في كلية التربية الرياضية ، و(22) تدريسيآ في قسم التربية الرياضية في كلية التربية الاساسية ، و(8) تدريسيا في قسم التربية الرياضية في كلية التربية البنات ، وبمجموع كلي قدره (139) عضوا تدريسيا ، اما عينة البحث فقد اشتملت على (130) عضوا تدريسيا ، بعد استبعاد (9) تدريسيين ، اذ تم اختيارهم بطريقة عمدية من مجتمع البحث ، وتم قسمة عينة البحث الى عينتين ، عينة البناء والبالغ عددها (85) تدريسيا وبنسبة (65%) ، وعينة التطبيق البالغ عددها (45) تدريسيا وبنسبة (35%) ، وقد استخدم مقياس الرضا عن العمل الذي اعده الباحثون كاداة لجمع البيانات ، وقد تضمنت إجراءات البناء : (تحديد مجالات المقياس ، وتحديد اسلوب صياغة فقرات المقياس ، وصياغة فقرات كل مجال بصورتها الاولية ، فضلا عن اعتماد الخطوات والاجراءات العلمية في بناء المقياس والمتضمنة بصدق المحتوى وصدق الخبراء ، وصدق البناء المتمثل (بالتحليل الاحصائي للفقرات) باسلوبي (المجموعتين المتضادتين ، والاتساق الداخلي) ، واقتصرت الوسائل الاحصائية على : المتوسط الحسابي ، والمنوال ، والانحراف المعياري ، ومعادلة معامل الالتواء لـ(كارل بيرسون) ، والدرجة المعيارية ، ومعامل الارتباط البسيط لـ(بيرسون) ، واختبار(ت) ، ومعادلة (سبيرمان - براون) ، ومعامل (الفا) لحساب الثبات ، ودرجة (6 – سكما) ، والمتوسط الفرضي ، والنسبة المئوية ، وقد توصل الباحثون الى عدد من الاستنتاجات هي ما ياتي : - تم التوصل لاعداد مقياس الرضا عن العمل لاعضاء الهيئات التدريسية في كلية واقسام التربية الرياضية في جامعة الموصل .- اعضاء الهيئات التدريسية في كلية واقسام التربية الرياضية في جامعة الموصل بصورة عامة يتمتعون بمستوى رضا ايجابي قد يعطيهم الدافع للاداء والعطاء في العمل الوظيفي .- تم التوصل لمستويات ودرجات معيارية لعينة البحث بمقياس الرضا عن العمل .The Research aimed at :- Constructing work satisfaction measures of the teaching staff of the College departments of physical Education in the University of Mosul. - Recognizing the level of work satisfaction measures of the teaching staff of the College departments of physical training in the University of Mosul.- Putting standard degrees of work satisfaction measures of the teaching staff of the College/ departments of physical Education in the University of Mosul.The researchers have used the descriptive method of the scanning style. The research society was the staff of the College/ departments of physical Education in the University of Mosul. They were a total of (109) lecturers in the college of physical Education, (22) lecturers in the department of physical Education at the College of Basic Education, (8) lecturers in the department of physical Education at the College of Physical Education for girls. They altogether form a total of (139) lecturers of teaching staff. The research society had included (130) lecturers, yet (9) were excluded. They were chosen intentionally out of the research society . Then, the specimen were divided into two samples: the building sample which consisted of (85) lectures with a percentage of (65%); and the practicing one that consisted of (45) lecturers with a percentage of (35%). The work satisfaction measures, prepared by the researchers, were used as a tool to collect the data. The building process included: identifying the measuring fields, identifying the style of forming the measurement items, draft the items of each field, in addition to following the scientific procedures and steps of the measurement building which included the credibility of the contents, the credibility of the experts and the credibility of the construction . that is represented by :(the statistical analysis of the items using the styles of the opposed groups and the internal coordination). The statistical methods included : arithmetic mean, algorithm, standard deviation, Carl Pearson's reagent, standard degree, Pearson's reagent, (T) test, Spearman& Brown's formula, Alfa reagent, 6-Sigma degree, hypothetical medium and the percentage.The researchers concluded the following:- The process of constructing the work satisfaction measures of the teaching staff of the College departments of physical training in the University of Mosul has been achieved.- The staffs of the College departments of physical Education in the University of Mosul generally enjoy a positive satisfaction level that gives them the motivation for a good performance in their job.- Levels and standards degrees have been achieved with the work satisfaction measures.
