| الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على سيدنا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين. وبعد فإن للقراءات القرآنية الأثر الكبير في تنوع الوجوه البلاغية وتعدد الاحام الفقهية من خلال الرسم القرآني الواحد فهي قراءات تنوع وتكامل لا قراءات اختلاف وتضاد ؛ لذا تعد القراءات القرآنية احدى وجوه الاعجاز القرآني . واقتصرت في هذا البحث على بيان أثر القراءات في أحكام اليمين . وقد بلغت عدد القراءات الواردة في ذلك تسع قراءات ، ثلاث منها صحيحة ، وست منها شاذة لمخالفتها رسم المصحف ، وقد أوضحت أثرها في بيان حكم انعقاد اليمين ، وبيان نوع الكفارة ومقدارها ، وبيان حكم التتابع في صيام كفارة اليمين ، وأسأل الله التوفيق والسداد . Quranic readings have greatly affected the variations of rhetorical aspects and fiqh rules through the one Quranic writing. These are variation and integration readings not indicating differences and this is why it is one of the Quranic marvelous aspects. This study mainly deals with oath rules. There are nine readings concerning oath, three of them are accepted and the others are not for not similar to Quran writing. The rule of oath, type and amount of penance and the rule of fasting oath penance are explained in this study. | ||
