Abstract
هدف البحث إلى تعرف الأساليب التدريسية لمدرسي ومدرسات اللغات في معاهد إعداد المعلمين والمعلمات وعلاقتها بتحصيل طلبتهم ، وتكونت عينة البحث من(12)مدرس ومدرسة في معاهد إعداد المعلمين والمعلمات في محافظة نينوى اللذين يدرسون(العربية،الكردية،الإنكليزية) للصف الأول في تلك المعاهد واللذين تم اختيارهم بشكل قصدي وهم يمثلون جميع مجتمع البحث وبواقع(3) مدرسين ومدرسات في كل معهد من المعاهد الأربعة للعام الدراسي(2008-2009) ولتحقيق هدف البحث استعمل الباحثون أداة تكمان(Tuckman)والتي تتكون من أربعة محاور وهي(الإبداع،القوة،السلوك،الدفء)ويحتوي كل محور من المحاور الأربعة على(7)فقرات ايجابية و(7)فقرات سلبية ،ولملاحظة الأساليب التدريسية التي يستخدمها المدرسون والمدرسات(عينة البحث) وبعد الملاحظة استخدم الباحثون الوسائل الإحصائية كمعامل ارتباط بيرسون والاختبار التائي الخاص بعامل الارتباط والاختبار الزائي للنسب المئوية وتم تحليل تلك الأساليب التدريسية إحصائياً من قبل الباحثين، وأظهرت النتائج الآتية:-1. تمتع مدرسي ومدرسات اللغة العربية لأساليب تدريسية ناجحة بصورة عامة(71%) في حين يفتقر إليها مدرسي ومدرسات اللغتين الكردية والإنكليزية (61%،65%) على التوالي .2. لا توجد علاقة دالة إحصائياً في جميع الأساليب التدريسية تبعاً لمتغير اللغة بين الأساليب التدريسية التحصيل الدراسي لطلبة معاهد إعداد المعلمين والمعلمات. وقد خرج الباحثون بمجموعة من التوصيات منها فتح دورات لمدرسي ومدرسات اللغات (العربية،الكردية،الإنكليزية) في مركز طرائق التدريس في جامعة الموصل لتدريبهم على الأساليب التدريسية المتعلقة بأداة تكمان ، زيادة على اقتراحهم عناوين لبحوث مستقبلية منها ، الأساليب التدريسية لمدرسي ومدرسات اللغات (العربية،الكردية،الإنكليزية) وأثرها في التفكير الناقد لطلبتهم The aim of the research to identify methods of teaching for teachers of languages in teacher training institutes and their relationship to the collection of students to learn the language studied, the research sample consisted of (12)teacher in the teacher training institute and teachers who are studying (Arabic, Kurdish, English) for the first grade in those schools , who were selected as they represent all my research community and by (3) teachers in each institute of the four institutes for the academic year (2008-2009) in order to achieve the aim the researchers used the search tool Tkman (Tuckman), which consists of four axes, namely, (creativity, force behavior, warmth), and contains each of the four axes (7) positive and paragraphs (7) negative paragraphs, and note the methods of teaching used by teachers (sample), after the observation of these methods were analyzed statistically by the faculty researchers, and the results showed the following: -1. Enjoyment teachers of Arabic language teaching methods are generally successful (71%), while lacking in Kurdish language teachers and English language teachers (61%, 65%) respectively. 2. There is no significant statistical relationship between the teaching styles for all the language teachers and their students achievement teacher. The researchers presented a series of recommendations such as preparing a training courses for teachers of (Arabic, Kurdish, English) in the methods of teaching st the center of teaching methods at the university of Mosul to prepare them to use Tuckman tool .
