| هدفت الدراسة الى بناء مقياس بالمعايير المهنية المعاصرة اللازمة لمدرسي التربية الرياضية في جامعة صلاح الدين.و تحديد مدى توافر المعايير المهنية المعاصرة لدى مدرسي التربية الرياضية في جامعة صلاح الدين.و التعرف على تأثير الخبرة الزمنية في مدي توافرالمعايير المهنية لدى مدرسي التربية الرياضية.وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملائمته طبيعة البحث،وتمثلت عينة البحث من مدرسي التربية الرياضية في جامعة صلاح الدين والبالغ عددهم (40) مدرسا وتم تقسيمهم الى اربعة فئات على ضوء الخبرة الزمنية في التدريس.اما اداة البحث فقد تم بناء مقياس بالمعايير المهنية المعاصرة وقد راعى الباحث في توفير الاسس العلمية للاداة وتكون المقياس بصورته النهائية من (33) فقرة موزعة على عشرة معايير رئيسية، وبعد الانتهاء من بناء الاداة تم تطبيقها على عينة البحث ، وباستخدام الوسائل الاحصائية اختبار t واختبار تحليل التباين احادي الاتجاه توصلت الدراسة الى الاستنتاجات الاتية:- ارتفاع درجة المعايير الرئيسية(يحلل المدرس بيئة التعلم إلي مكوناتها ويوظف هذه المكونات أثناء التدريس- يقوم المدرس بأدوار إبداعية أثناء درسه- يثري المدرس درسه بطرق ذكية ونشطة- يستخدم المدرس مداخل تدريسية حديثة في درسه- الاخلاقيات الواجب توافرها في مدرس التربية الياضية) لدى مدرسي التربية الرياضية عن المحك الفرضي.- انخفاض درجة المعايير الرئيسية(يهتم المدرس بالانشطة التدريسية الابداعية أثناء درسه- يتفاعل المدرس مع الطلاب أثناء درسه بأشكال متنوعة وفعالة- يحرص المدرس الى إستمرارية النمو المهني طوال العام) لدى مدرسي التربية الرياضية عن المحك الفرضي._ ان مدى توافر المعايير المهنية لاتتاثر بالخبرة الزمنية التي يمتلكها مدرسوا التربية الرياضية في جامعة صلاح الدين. واوصت الدراسة الى ضرورة تدريب مدرسي التربية الرياضية الى المعايير المهنية حتي يستطيعون الاطلاع الى كل ما هو جديد في مجال تدريس العلوم والفعاليات الرياضية المختلفة. The aims of this study were:- To baild measurment of progressive professional for instructors of physical education at the University of Salahuddin.- To elemenate the limit of professional values for instructors of Physical Education at the University of Salahuddin. Methodologe:Adescriptive study was conduted in this research. A sample of (40) instructors of physical education at the university of Salahuddin were used as an instruments.The sample was divided into four groups according to previous experiments of teaching process.The instrument of this research has been designed with professional standards. The instruments finally consist of (33)phrase distributed on (10)major standards.Conclusions and Recommendations: On the basis of the data the following Conclusions were presented:- The degree of major standards were high instructor analyzes from his educational environment through teaching process,instructor acted positively,instructor uses new approach in teaching process.Ethics should be for the instructor of physical education . The professional standards of physical education instructors were not affected by time experience at the university of Salahuddin.The researcher recommended the Following:- Training of physical education instructors should be taken into consideration especially on professional standards. | ||
