Abstract
يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على الأنماط القيادية لدى القيادات الإدارية في جامعة الموصل فضلا عن دوافع مقاومة التغيير لدى العاملين وتكونت العينة من (100) عميد ومعاون عميد ورئيس قسم و(100)موظف وموظفة في جامعة الموصل اختيروا بصورة عشوائية وشملت كليات جامعة الموصل جميعها ،وقد استعمل الباحث المنهج الوصفي لملاءمتة وطبيعة هذه الدراسة واستعمل الاستبيان أداة لجمع المعلومات .وعولجت البيانات إحصائيا باستخدام الانحدار البسيط ومعامل التحديد ودرجة التأثير أظهرت نتائج التحليل وجود علاقة وتأثر بين نمط القيادة الموجة نحو العمل وجميع دوافع مقاومة العاملين للتغيير في حين لم تظهر أي علاقة وتأثير بين نمط القيادة الموجة نحو العاملين وجميع دوافع مقاومة العاملين للتغيير كما أظهرت نتائج التحليل تباين موظفي جامعة الموصل في دوافعهم لمقاومة التغيير تبعا لتغير نوع الدافع ،.وفي ضوء نتائج البحث قدم الباحث عددا من المقترحات . محاضر The research aims at identifying the leadership types which exist in the leading administrations at the university of mosul, in addition to investigating the reasons behind the resistance of change among the employees and the effect of a number of personal and employment variables (period of service, level of income, position and marital status)in changing the reasons which make the employees resist change .The sample consists of (100)persons in leading positions deans, dean assistants and heads of departments ) and (100)employees(males and females at the university of mosul. They are chosen randomly from all the colleges at the university . The researcher has used the descriptive method for its convenience or such type of study, in addition to the use of questionnaires as a means of data collection The data has been analyzed statistically by using the simple decline, determining coefficient, the degree of effect. The results of the analysis have shown that there is a relationship between the type of leadership which is directed towards work and the reasons which make the employees resist change, while on relationship was found between the type of leadership which is directed towards employees and all the reasons which make the employees resist change. The results of the analysis have also shown that the reasons which make the employees of the university of mosul resist change vary according to the type of reason. the researcher has proposed a number of suggestions
