Abstract
تم خلال هذه الدراسة التحري عن فعالية مستخلص بذور نبات الحرملPeganum harmala على نمو طفيليات اللشمانيا الجلدية Leishmania major خارج الجسم الحي كما تتبعنا تأثيره على الإصابة من خلال فرط التحسس الأجل داخل الجسم الحي .حيث استعمل تركيزان من مستخلص بذور نبات الحرمل0,25-0,5 ملي غرام/سم3 وتمت متابعة أعداد الطفيليات على مدى 96,72,48,24 ساعة خارج الجسم الحي والتي أظهرت انخفاضا كبيرا في اعداد الطفيليات مع كلا التركيزين مقارنة بالسيطرة وبينت النتائج بالاعتماد على اختبار فرط التحسس النمط الأجل لمتابعة تأثير المستخلص داخل الجسم الحي استجابة عالية رفعت متوسط أقطار انتفاخ راحة القدم اليسرى للفئران المعاملة بعد التخميج ﺒ 0,25ملي غرام/سم3 من المستخلص حيث كانت النتائج 1,41 , 1,621, 2,126 ملم اما عند التركيز 0,5 ملي غرام/سم3 كانت النتائج 1,70 ,2,48 , 2,622 ملم وللفترات2 ,4 ,6 على التوالي , في حين لم تسجل الحيوانات المخمجة غير المعاملة أي استجابة مناعية بفرط التحسس الأجل ولنفس الفترة , وبهذا فقد أثبتت النتائج إن المستخلص المائي لبذور نبات الحرمل ذو فعالية تثبيطية في تقليل أعداد طفيليات اللشمانيا في أوساطها الزراعية وللحد من الإصابة داخل الجسم الحي .The present study investigates the effect of seeds extract from Peganum harmala on the growth of Leishmania major parasite in vitro, and follows its effect in vivo through delayed hypersensitivity. The researcher used two concentrations of the seeds extraction 0.25, 0.5 mg/ml, and the amount of the parasite number has been calculated along 24, 48, 72, 96 hours in vitro, which shows a great decrease in parasite number with both concentrations of seeds extract in contrast with control. Also the results showed dependence on the delayed hypersensitivity, increase of left food pad swellings reach to 1.41 , 1.62 , 2.126 for mice treated after infected with 0.25 mg/ml ,and reach to 1.70 , 2.48 , 2.622 when treated with 0.5 mg/ml along 2,4,6 week while the infected not treated mice had no responses by delayed hypersensitivity for the same periods . So the results proofed the effectiveness of seeds extract from Peganum harmala on the reduction parasite number in vitro and in vivo.
