| ان للمدرب ذي الخبرة العالية والذي يدرك ذاته جيدا أو قريباً من حقيقتها دوراً مساهماً في تحقيق الاهداف المرسومة التي وضعها لنفسه وعلى هذا الاساس نرى ان لهذه الدراسة أهمية كبيرة للوقوف على حقيقة فهم مدربي فرق كرة السلة لكليات جامعة الموصل لذاتهم ومدى العلاقة بين هذا الفهم ونتائج فرق كلياتهم بالكرة السلة بدوري الجامعة. وعب فإن مشكلة البحث تتلخص بالإجابة عن السؤال الآتي: ما هي درجة العلاقة بين مفهوم الذات للمدربين ونتائج فرق كلياتهم في دوري الجامعة بالكرة السلة؟ وقد هدف البحث إلى ما يأتي - التعرف إلى مفهوم الذات لمدربي فرق كرة السلة في كليات جامعة الموصل . - التعرف إلى العلاقة بين مفهوم الذات للمدربين ونتائج فرق كلياتهم في دوري الجامعة بالكرة السلة ؟ تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي بطريقة المسح لملاءمته وطبيعة البحث. وقد شملت عينة البحث (20) مدرباً يدربون كليات الجامعة بكرة السلة للموسم الرياضي 2009 ـ 2010 م.وأهم ما توصل اليه الباحث من استنتاج : وجود علاقة ارتباط دالة احصائيا وموجيه بين مفهوم الذات للمدربين وتسلسل نتائج فرقهم في دوري كرة السلة لكليات جامعة الموصل .A coach who is well – experienced and realizes his own (SELF) very well, and very close to its reality has a contributive role in achieving the planned aims that he made for himself. This study has a significant importance to know the reality by which Basketball coaches of colleges teams in university of Mosul understand their own (SELVES) and the relation between this understanding and the results of their team performance. The present study seeks to investigate the relation ship between the concept of (SELVES) of coaches and the results of Basketball League and to identify the concept of (SELF) among Basketball coaches of colleges teams in the university of Mosul. The sample of the study included (20) coaches training Basketball colleges teams for the athletic term 2009-2010. The results show that there is appositive statistical relation between the concept of (SELF) of the coaches and the sequence of the results of their teams in Basketball League in the university of Mosul. | ||
