| The issue of resolving disputes in the contracts of foreign investment from the important Issues that the foreigni investor is then identified and cared at all stages of contracting and to fears of an attempt of the host country for investment. especially , developing, countries ,including the payment of judicial immunity , the foreign investor although the often has strong economic status than the host country for investment"but he foresaw the matter to arbitration by using its means of settling disputes that may arise and the exclusion of the national judiciary as well as the attempt to impose the requirement of consistency by which the legislative authority to limit the host country for investment in the use of judicial immunity and prevent the issuance of any legislation that would weaken the economic or legal status to foreign investors in his investment. | ||
