| تمت دراسة قدرة البكتريا Alcaligenes على الاتصاق بسطوح الخلايا الظهارية لبطانة فم الإنسان ، وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود فرق معنوي في قدرة عزلات تحت النوع ((A.x.x على الالتصاق مقارنة مع كل من النوع A.faecalis وتحت النوع ( (A.x.d اللذين لم تسجل الدراسة وجود فرق معنوي بينهما . كما اظهرت الدراسة قدرة عزلات تحت النوع ( (A.x.x في احداث التلازن لكريات الدم الحمر للفصائل المختلفة من دم الانسان و دم الارانب والدجاج وقد اتسمت هذه القابلية بالمحدودية إذ ترافقت مع التراكيز العالية للبكتريا، ولم تسجل الدراسة ايضا وجود فروقات في هذه الفعالية لانواع فصائل دم الانسان ، كما فشل النوع A.faecalis و تحت النوع) (A.x.d في احداث التلازن مع كريات الدم الحمر المأخوذة من الفصائل المختلفة لدم الانسان ، في حين اظهرا تلازنا ضعيفا مع كريات الدم الحمر المأخوذة من دم الأرانب والدجاج، وقد ارتبطت هذه القدرة مع التراكيز العالية للبكتريا، وكذلك تميز تحت النوع ( (A.x.x بقدرته على احداث التلازن مع كريات الدم الحمر للأرانب اذ استمر التلازن حتى تركيز 810 × 0.375 خلية بكتيرية / سم3 ، في حين اختفت قدرة النوع A.faecalis و تحت النوع ( (A.x.d على احداث التلازن في التخافيف الأعلى من 0810 × 1.5 خلية بكتيرية / سم3. ولم تستطع جميع عزلات بكتريا Alcaligenes قيد الدراسة على تحليل الدم في الاطباق الحاوية على وسط أكار دم الإنسان والأرانب . الاستنتاجات : تبين من نتائج الدراسة امتلاك البكتريا Alcaligenes لملزنات كريات الدم الحمر لانواع من فصائل الدم ، والتي تعد عاملا مهما من عوامل ضراوة البكتريا .This study deals with the ability of the bacteria 'Alcaligenes' to adhere to the surface of the mouth epithelial cells . The results showed a significant difference in the ability of the subspecies (A.x.x) compared with species A.faecalis and the subspecies (A.x.d) which don’t show a significant difference among them.The study also detected the ability of the isolates of (A.x.x) to agglutinate red blood cells of the different human blood groups and rabbit and chicken blood cells. This ability was restricted and accompanied with the high concentration of bacteria . The study didn’t record any difference in this ability with the different blood groups, the species A.faecalis and the subspecies (A.x.d) were unable to agglutinate the different groups of RBC while both showed weakly agglutinate rabbit and chicken RBCs which occur high bacterial concentration. The subspecies (A.x.x) were characterized by their ability to agglutinate rabbit RBCs which continued to the bacterial conc. of 0.375×108 cells/ml , while this ability disappeared for A.faecalis and the subspecies (A.x.d) at bacterial concentration of more than 1.50×108 cells/ml . All the isolates of Alcaligenes under study are unable to lyse blood on blood agar plates prepared from human and rabbit blood . Conclusion: The study showed the ability of the bacteria Alcaligenes to agglutinate the different types of RBCs and it was considered as one of its virulence factors. | ||
