Abstract
خلال التقصي عن الطفيليات المعوية المسببة للإسهال في محافظة نينوى أسفرت النتائج الكشف عن 11 نوعا من الطفيليات المعويةهي الجيارديا لامبليا ،الاميبا الحالة للنسيج، اميبا القولون، المشعرات البشرية،الوئيدة القزمة، خفيات الابواغ، الشريطية القزمة،دودة البقر الشريطية، الدودة الدبوسية،الدودة السوطية و دودة الصفر الخراطيني ضمن مجموعتي الريف و الحضر . بعدها اختيرت ثلاثة أنواع من الابتدائيات لدراسة علاقة أصابتها بمستوى الكلوبينات المناعية immunoglobulins في المرضى المصابين بالجيارديا لامبلياGiardia lamblia و اميبا الزحارEntamoeba histolytica و خفيات الأبواغ Cryptosporidium parvum .أسفرت النتائج عن زيادة في الكلوبينات المناعية من نوع كاما IgGو الميو IgM في مصل المرضى المصابين بالجيارديا لامبليا و اميبا الزحار و خفيات الأبواغ و الإصابة المشتركة بين الجيارديا و اميبا الزحار.وكانت مستويات الكلوبينات المناعية من النوع كاما و الميو في حالة الإصابة بالجيارديا هي 1521.4 ملغم 100 مل± 58.5 و 159.2 ملغم 100مل ±8.5 على التوالي. اما في حالة الإصابة باميبا الزحار فكانت مستويات الكلوبينات المناعية من نوع الكاما و الميو1511 ملغم 100 مل± 50.2و 142 ملغم 100 مل ±11.2 على التوالي.اما في حالة الإصابة المشتركة بين الجيارديا لامبليا و اميبا الزحار كانت مستويات الكلوبينات المناعية من نوع كاما و الميو 1381.1 ملغم 100 مل ± 95.4 و 132.3 ملغم 100 مل ± 161.1 على التوالي. و حصل انخفاض بصورة عامة في مستوى الفا Ig A مقارنة بعينات الأصحاء بلغت (132.5 ملغم 100 ± 5.1) و ارتفاع بحالة الاصابة بخفيات الابواغ و صلت الى 138.2± 5.4 ملغ 100 مل.كما حصل انخفاض في مستوى ألبومين المصل في المرضى المصابين بالجيارديا لامبليا,3.511 غملتر± 0.071 مقابل 4.02 غم لتر ,0.129 لغير المصابين.During investigating the parasites causing diarrhea in Neinava governorate the results revealed 11 species of intestinal parasites : Giardia lamblia, Entamoeba histolytica , Entamoeba coli, Trichomonas hominis, Endolimax nana, Cryptosoridium parvum, Hymenolepis nana, Taenia saginata Enterobius vermiculars,Trichuris trachiura and Ascaris lumbricoides ,in both urban and rural regions. Three species of protozoans were selected for their relation with the level of immunoglobulins in patients infected with Giardia lamblia, Entamoeba histolytica and Cryptosporidium parvum. The results revealed an increase in immunoglobuline level type IgG and IgM in serum of patients infected with Giardia lamblia and E. histolytica and C. parvum and the mixed infection with G. lamblia and E .histolytica. The immunoglobulin level , type IgG and IgM in case of infection with G. lamblia were 1521.4mg/100 ml ±58.5 and 159.2 mg/100 ml±8.5 respectively. While in case of infection with E. histolytica the immunoglobulin level type IgG and IgM were 1511mg/100 ml±50.2 and 142 mg/100 ml ± 11.2, respectively. In case of mixed infection with G. lamblia and E. histolytica immunoglobuline levels for the type IgG and IgM were 1381.1 mg/100 ml ±95.4 and 132.2 mg100 ±16.1,respectively. Generally a decrease, , was noted in IgA immunoglobuline compared with uninfected persons , 132.5 mg/ 100 ±5.1, and an increase was noted in case of cryptosporidiasis, 138.2 mg 100 ± 5.4. Also a decrease was noted in the level of serum albumin in patients infected with G lamblia , 3.511 g/L ±0.071 compared with 4.02 g/L ± 0.129 for uninfected persons.
