Abstract
تم استحداث إصابة تجريبية في الفئران المختبرية من نوع بالب سي بعد عزل المقوسات الكوندية من مشيمات مجهضات. نزعت ادمغة هذه الفئران و تم تثبيتها و من وثم قطعها إلى شرائح رقيقة بعد فتراتزمنية تراوحت ما بين 5-60 يوما و اتضح ما يأتي:بعد 5 أيام من الإصابة لوحظت ظاهرة طفيلية الدم و تمزق و نزف في الأوعية الدموية و أرتشاح خلايا وحيدة النواة و اللمفيات و بالقرب من الحوينات سريعة التكاثر في داخل الوعاء الدموي و حدوث أختراق الطفيليات لنسيج الدماغ و التصاقها بالخلايا العصبية و ارتشاح الخلايا الدبقية . ويندر حدوث ظاهرة الدباق مع الوذمة الخلوية و تضخم الخلايا البطانية في الأوعية الدموية. بعد 10 ايام من الأصابة حدث أانشطار داخلي للطفيليات و تكون بور موضعية متلازمة مع حدوث تفجي و تكوين بوئر نخرية في الخلايا العصبية مع الوذمة عند غشاء السحايا الدقيقة ، بعد 13 يوم من الأصابة تبين تموضع و تجمع الأكياس النسجية في بور نخرية و بداية تكوين الأكياس البنتية بعد حصول التخصرات في الأكياس النسجية الأم . بعد 15 يوم من الأصابة وجد ارتشاح الخلايا الألتهابية المتمثلة بوحيدة النواة و اللمفيات حول مناطق متنخرة و التي تمثل مناطق تموضع الأكياس النسجية. و امتداد التهاب الدماغ من خلال ارتشاح الخلايا الألتهابية المتمثلة بوحيداة النواة و اللمفيات عند القشرة فضلا عن وجود النخر و الوذمة في نسيج الدماغ . بعد 20يوم من الإصابة لوحظ بداية ظهور الأكياس النسجية مع نخر الخلايا العصبية و تجمع أكياس مختلفة الأحجام و انتشار ظاهرة الدباق. و حدوث ترسيب الخضاب(الهيموسدرين) و استمرار نخر الخلايا العصبية في نسيج الدماغ. و ارتشاح واضح للخلايا الدباقية مع خلايا و حيدة النواة والخلايا اللمفية عند الطبقة الحبيبية في نسيج الدماغ. بعد30 من الإصابة لوحظ وجود نخر و وذمة وهما ميزتان بارزتان في نسيج الدماغ . بعد 60 يوم لوحظ تجمع أحجام مختلفة من الأكياس النسجية مع تمييز ظاهرة الدباق المنتشر و تميز النخر في الخلايا العصبية و استمرار ظاهرة الوذمة فظلا عن ملاحظة التفاعل الالتهابي البوري المتمثل بارتشاح الخلايا عند القشرة و تجمعها في المنطقة السنجابية.Induction of toxoplasmosis in the laboratory mice(balbc) after isolation of Toxoplasma gondii from aborted women placentae. Brains were removed , fixed, and sectioned into thin sections in period ranged between 5-60 days after infection, and main results were:After (5) days of infection parasitemia was observed and rhexis and haemorrhage of blood vessels and infiltration of monocytes and lymphocytes were seen near tachyzoids inside the blood vessel and penetration of the parasites into the brain tissues were observed with adhesion of these tachyzoids with the neurons and infiltration of glial cells were also observed. Rarely gliaosis and cell oedema and enlargement of endothelial cells of blood vessels occured . After (10) days of infection endodyogeny of parasites and focal gliosis were formed associated with the appearance of vaculation and focal necrosis in neurons with oedema near the membrane of leptomeninges. After (13) days of infection location of tissue cysts in necrotic loci were observed and the beginning of the formation of daughter cysts as a result of the constriction of mother tissue cysts .. After(15) days inflammatory cells infiltration represented by monocytes and lymphocytes around necrotic regions which represent lodging of tissue cysts. Furthermore, encephalitis was diagnosed through infiltration of inflammatory cells represented by monocytes and lymphocytes in the cortex in addition to presence of necrosis and oedema in the brain tissues. After (20) days continuity of tissue cysts formation and necrosis in neurons and accumulation of cysts in different sizes and appearance of gliosis and deposition of haemosiderine and continuity of neuron necrosis in the brain tissue. Clear infiltration of glial cells with monocytes and lymphocytes near granular layer in brain tissue. After (30) days distinct necrosis, oedema which are the two distinguishing characters in the brain tissue. After (60) days accumulation of different sizes of tissue cysts and distinction of diffuse gliaosis in addition to focal necrosis reaction represented by infiltration of cells near the cortex and its accumulation in gray matter region.
