Abstract
أجريت تجربة حقلية في مزرعة كلية الزراعة والغابات بمنطقة الدندان بالموصل خلال الموسم 2006 لمكافحة مَن النجيليات Schizaphis graminum (Rondani) في أقفاص أعدت لهذا الغرض باستعمال منظم النمو الحشري نومولت (0.5سم3 / لتر) والعدو الحيوي البكتريا Bacillus thuringensis بأربعة تراكيز هي 1 ×410 ، 1 × 510 ،1 × 610 و 2 × 610 بوغ/مل ومنظم النمو الحشري نومولت زائداً البكتريا بكل من تركيزاتها الأربعة وأخيراً مقارنة غير مصابة. أوضحت النتائج حدوث زيادة معنوية في إنتاجية الحبوب للحنطة المعاملة بوسائل المكافحة الاحيائية زائدا الكيمياوية من خلال عدد الحبوب / سنبلة ووزن الحبوب / سنبلة بنسبة بلغت 59.61 و 85.71% على التوالي . كان تأثير المعاملات على أعداد المن معنويا خاصة في معاملتي المكافحة الكيمياوية والمكافحة الكيميائية زائداً الإحيائية حيث انخفضت فيهما الأعداد في الأسبوع الأخير بنسبة تراوحت بين62.5 – 71.74% كما أشارت النتائج إلى احتمالية تأثير عاملي المكافحة الكيمياوية زائداً الإحيائية كان مؤازراً وليس متضاداً .Through the seaeon 2006 field trial for cereal aphid Schizaphis graminum (Rondani) control on wheat included Insect growth regulator NOMOLT at (0.5 cm3/L); Bacillus thuringensis (Berliner) at four concentration (1 × 104 , 1 × 105 , 1 × 106 , 2 × 106) and NOMOLT with Bacillus thuringensis (Berliner) and an uninfested control in exclusion cages. Significant grain yield through no. grains /head and grain weight/ head (g.) about (59.61 , 85.71%) were observed in the biochemical treatment (NOMOLT + 1 × 106) respectively , than the other treatments. AS well as significantly greater impact on aphid populations was evoked by the combined biochemical treatments where they were reduced by the range ( 62.5 -71 .74 % ) in the last week. the results thus suggest asynergistic effect between the chemical and biological components.
