Abstract
أظهرت نتائج الدراسة الحالية أن نسب التنشيط تباينت بحسب نوع الزيت والمذيب وطور الذبابة المنزلية المستخدم في الدراسة إذ أعطى مبيد الازادراختين المخلوط مع زيت السمسم بنسبة (1:1) والمذاب في الأسيتون أعلى نسبة تنشيط للمبيد في طور البيضة ، وبلغت هذه النسبة 1.38 فيما بلغت قيمة الفاعلية النسبية 27% مقارنة بزيت بذور الحبة السوداء الذي خفض نسبة التنشيط إلى 0.86 والفاعلية النسبية إلى – 15.38%. أعطى زيت السمسم مع المبيد سيرومازين والمذاب في الأسيتون أعلى نسبة تنشيط وفاعلية نسبية في طور اليرقة إذ بلغت هذه القيم 1.4 و 28.7% على التوالي. وتفوق زيت السمسم المخلوط بنسبة (1:1) مع الازادراختين المذاب في الأسيتون في نسبة التنشيط والفاعلية النسبية في العذارى المعاملة عن بقية المبيدات وحل المبيد ازاميثفوس المذاب في الأسيتون والمخلوط بنسبة (1:1) مع زيت السمسم في المرتبة الأولى عند معاملة الحشرات الكاملة في نسبة التنشيط والفاعلية النسبية التي بلغتا 1.42 و 30% على التوالي.The results of this study revealed that the synergistic ratio of insecticides were varied according to the kind of oil, solvent, and insect stage used in this study. The mixture of Azadirachtin with sesame oil (1:1) ratio and diluted in acetone showed a higher synergistic ratio and relative efficiency on egg stage which reached 1.38 and 27% respectively in comparison with the oil of black cumin seeds (Nigella sativa L.) which reached 0.86 and 15.38% respectively. The higher synergistic ratio and relative efficiency were obtained from treating larval stage by Cyromazine and mixed with sesame oil (1:1) ratio and diluted in acetone in comparison with values of synergistic ratio and relative efficiency of Azadirachtin and Azamethiphose mixed with sesame oil (1:1) ratio on people and adult stage respectively. The results of the degree of synergism confirmed the result of the synergistic ratio.
