| Abstract | ||
| هدف البحث معرفة أثر ثلاث استراتيجيات للتغذية الراجعة باستخدام التدريس المصغر في اكتساب مهارات استخدام بعض التقنيات التربوية لمساعدي هيئة التدريس في جامعة الموصل. ووضع الباحث أربع فرضيات لهذا الهدف. وشملت عينة البحث(79) من مساعدي هيئة التدريس في جامعة الموصل. وزعوا إلى ثلاث مجموعات تجريبية حصلت كل مجموعة على مصدر مختلف من التغذية الراجعة. وحدد الباحث(50) مهارة أساسية لاستخدام ثلاث تقنيات تربوية شائعة الاستخدام كما أعد ثلاث استمارات ملاحظة تحقق من صدقها وثباتها. وطبقت تجربة البحث باستخدام التدريس المصغر للزملاء خلال الفصل الأول من العام الدراسي 1998/1999.ولاختبار فرضيات البحث استخدم الباحث تحليل التباين الأحادي واختبار شيفيه وأظهرت النتائج تفوق المجموعة التجريبية الأولى التي حصلت على تغذية راجعة من المشرف على المجموعة الثانية التي حصلت على تغذية راجعة من الزملاء والمجموعة التجريبية الثالثة التي حصلت على تغذية راجعة ذاتية من شريط الفيديو في اكتساب مهارات استخدام التقنيات التربوية الثلاث. The research aim at showing out the effect of three strategies of feedback by using microteaching on acquiring skills to use some educational technology for assistance staff members in University of Mousl.The research tries to verify four hypothesis The research is consist of (79) assistance staff members in University of Mousl which divided into three experimental groups , each of them has different feedback.The research limited (50) basic skills for using three famous Educational technology , and preparing three observation forms He has become sure of the validity and reliability of them. The Research was applies by using peer-microteaching during the first course on 1998/1999. One way analysis for variance and shaffee test has used for analysising the data.The results showed that the first group which has feedback from the supervisor is much better than the second group which has feedback from the colleagues , and the third group which has self feedback from the video cassette in acquiring skills for using the three educational technology. | ||
