Abstract
هدف البحث إلى معرفة:1. قدرة لاعبي الساحة والميدان وقدرة لاعبي كرة القدم في إدارة الوقت.2. الفروق بين لاعبي كرة القدم ولاعبي الساحة والميدان في إدارة الوقت. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي،وتكونت عينة البحث من ( 9 ) لاعبين في الساحة والميدان و (14) لاعبا في كرة القدم، وتم استخدام استبيان إدارة الوقت ل(ميريل دوكلاس) بعد التأكد من صدقه وثباته،وتم معالجة البيانات إحصائيا باستخدام الوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري والمتوسط الفرضي والاختبار التائي وتوصل الباحث إلى ما يأتي: 1. إن قابلية وقدرة لاعبي الساحة والميدان ولاعبي كرة القدم ضعيفة في إدارة الوقت.2. إن قدرة لاعبي الساحة والميدان لا تختلف عن قدرة لاعبي كرة القدم في إدارة الوقت. وفي ضوء الاستنتاجات قدم الباحث عدداً من التوصيات وهي:1. إجراء دورات تثقيفية للاعبي الساحة والميدان ولاعبي كرة القدم حول كيفية ادارة الوقت.2. زيادة الحوافز المادية والمعنوية للاعبين وإلزامهم بتوقيتات التدريب التي يحددها المدرب.3. إجراء دراسة في إدارة الوقت للمدربين والحكام.4. إجراء دراسة في إدارة الوقت للاعبين وفي فعاليات رياضية أخرى.The research aims at determining:1. The faculty of track and field players and faculty of football players in Time management.2. The differences between football players and track and field players in Time management.3. The descriptive approach has been adopted, and the subjects used in the research are (9) players in track and field and (14) football players. The questionnaire in Time management for (Merill. E.douqlass) has been adopted after testing its validity and reliability, The data were analyzed statistically by using the average, standard deviation, Average of supposition and T test, The researcher has arrived at conclusions: 1. The disposition and faculties of track and field players and football players are weak.2. There are no differences in faculties of Time management between track and field players and football players. In the light of the results the researcher made the following recommendation:1. Giving the course of time management for track and field players and football players.2. Increasing the material and moral motivation of players and obligate them with the training time that specific by the coach.3. Making a study in Time management on coaches and umpires.4. Making study in Time management on players in different sports.
