| The Bi- based superconductor system exhibit three different phases described by a general formula Bi2Sr2Can-1CunO2n+4 related to the value of (n=1,2 and 3)which are specified by names (2201- Tc ~10K ,2212- Tc ~80K and 2223- Tc ~110K).The desirable phase is the n=3 (Bi2Sr2Ca2Cu3O10+δ) because its higher Tc. | ||
