| That mental development when students can development through various physical activities Such as physical exercise , especially harmonic exercises and small games all of this is amental growth among the students , The game requires gymnastics high mastery of basic skills of individual so it requires owning a player or student to high physical qualities and especially neuromuscular compatibility in order to reach the skill level require . Here lies the importance of research Through the use of harmonic exercises to identify the impact of these exercises in the education of some motor skills in artistic gymnastics for the first students in Ascol of Physical Education in Khanaqin . Through field experience of the researcher it was found that there is a lack of training and physical elements and kinetic that contribute to improve the skill level as well as the importance of harmonic exercises that do not thoroughly implemented by a physical education teacher because it requires (the efforts and accuracy in performance) and it needs to approve large myoneural and more . So the researcher prefer to studying this problem through the use of Harmonic exercises and knowledge of its impact in the education of some motor skills in artistic gymnastics for the first students in Ascol of Physical Education in Khanaqin Objective of this research is to : 1 - Identify the effect of harmonic exercises in the education some motor skills in the artistic gymnastics women's individuals sample Experimental method was used to solve the problem of the research , And selected sample research as deliberate by the lottery-style , they were divided into two groups experimental with control and the rate of (12) student (6) students per group as well as the identification of methods , tools and devices for use in research as well as the identification of the Tests aconducted exploratory experience has been done then a pretest to determine the level of the sample , after that the harmonic exercises was applied , then a posttest in the same conditions conducted by the pretest. By the results that were obtained, the researcher reached the following conclusions and recommendations: 1- There is a clear development of the experimental group using the Harmonic exercises in skill tests compared to the control group between the results of pretest and posttest. 2- Ahe experimental and control groups characterized by Significant results between the two posttests In favor of the experimental group in tests of skill used in the research . Through the results that have been reached, the researcher recommends the following : 1 – Using the harmonic exercises in schools and colleges of physical education . 2 - Using skill tests used in research for the purpose of measuring and training in the area of the field for the gymnastics game . 3 – Conduct similar studies and researchs for different age groups in order to develop the skills aspect of gymnastics players . | ||
