The study included five sections:
Part I:
Contains the first door on the definition of research, which included the introduction and the importance of research, it has been addressed through that fitness has become are of great importance in the field of scientific progress, which opens day after day, new horizons for the development to be considered a cornerstone in the achievement of many aspects of the individual in general, as well as the impact of practical lessons in the planned curriculum designed to Faculty of Physical Education at the level of physical fitness of students.
The research problem lies that the students show signs of evolution in the level of fitness as the student's progress stage of study and researcher believes that this is due to the practical lessons that have an impact on the level of fitness.
The research objectives were:
• identify the level of physical fitness for the research sample.
• knowledge of the differences in the level of physical fitness for the research sample according to the stages of study.
The research areas included the area of the human students, who was the first stage, second and third years (2011-2012) at the Faculty of Physical Education - University of Diyala, and determine the temporal area of 18/3/2012 to 8/5/2012 m. While the domain is the spatial field of track and field stadium for the College of Physical Education at the University of Diyala.
Part II:
Part II consisted of theoretical studies and similar studies, with theoretical studies addressed issues related to the locus of research, namely: physical fitness and physical fitness as well as the concept and importance of the studies in which similar Vttriq researcher to study the example of Naji al-Faleh (2005 m) and then study ( Faten Khalil Ghanem Alkdada) (2000) then added to the study and Mazen Salloum Jawad Hassan Jassim (2008) .
Part III:
Take this section the research methodology and field procedures, as the researcher used the descriptive method being more appropriate to the nature of the research, the researcher identified the research community students Faculty of Physical Education University of Diyala,'s total (1015), where the selected sample in the manner intentional and are students of the first stage, second and third of population overall (90) by (30) students from each stage after the researcher conduct a survey on the messages and Atarih graduate of physical education as well as references and sources also contained the section on hardware and utilities used in the research as well as information-gathering instruments, namely, (sources and Arabic references , and testing and measurement).
Part IV:
This included the door display, analyze and discuss the results of physical tests that have been applied to the students and find out the differences between the results of varying stages and for the purpose of achieving the objectives of the research and homework.
Part V:
Part V contains a set of conclusions are:
1. The physical tests were showing the impact of practical lessons on the research sample.
2. from the data obtained by the researcher found that the more progress the student stage, meaning that more training, to become the largest in the development of friendly physical attributes.
Researcher recommends the following:
1. pay more attention to the process and the lessons because of their effect on the fitness level of students.
2. Physical tests for students to the three stages in order to detect the development of physical fitness influence the extent of the practical lessons. |
