Abstract
In order to be volleyball team - Seated Senior must players master the performance with a high degree of accuracy and this is linked to how to develop tests designed to see players of the level of their performance skills, whether skills defensive Ohjumah In order for the coaches to work in scientific criteria depend on the calendar substantive and adoption of standards more accurate to measure the technical skills of volleyball in order to continue the progress and keep up with new developments for the purpose of benefit workers in the area of training, determined the research community of players, clubs and sub-committees in Iraq volleyball _ Seating is divided into four regions (South and North, Central and Middle Euphrates) The number of community Find (172) player of the total (19) teams selected them (9) teams randomly from four regions in Iraq and the researcher used battery learned through factor analysis to seven factors were used class standard amended (way relay) being one of the standard means to evaluate the numbers registered players, note that value ranging from (100-0) as placed the arithmetic mean for class standard amended (50) and then add the amount of the fixed-center arithmetic which corresponds to the highest value (51) Class (100), and decrease the number fixed by the middle arithmetic and that corresponds to the value of at least (49) class (zero).
